Weekend/Monday Quote Corral
Posted by Todd from Portland | [2] CommentsI can’t believe this. I take one day off and nobody posts. You’re all fired. Especially you, Dave.
Ok, so we weren’t on the ball today. So here’s a few stories that you may have missed:
N. Korea negotiates nuclear halt
Al Qaeda proves dial-up is slow
America’s priorities are, as always, straight
Frist protestors’ motivation a mystery; too hard to choose
That should tide you over for the night and morning (hopefully). We’ll be back tomorrow with a new motivated staff…

Hey! Watch it Todd, I’m not sure what time you posted this, but I do now this; it is just a few short minutes past 11pm here on the West Coast of the United States of America. Therefore we, meaning at least Dave and I, have almost an entire hour left to post on this day Monday, September 19, 2005 (and this is coming from someone more at home in the EST). Please also note that it just thundered in LA about 15 minutes ago which was kinda exciting and we suffered a short blackout (as you know) last Monday – so these are the kind of conditions some members of your staff have been operating under. The real question to ask yourself is this – why are so obsequious in your devotion to more Eastern time zones (since I will admit they have moved on into a new day) and so disregardful of your very own time zone?

I certainly knew about many of this, but in spite of this, I still assumed it had been beneficial. Sweet post!
